Morocco (Dawan) 27 Julay – Djibouti’s runner, Zouhra Ali Mohamed, claimed victory on Sunday in the 10.7 km Deichara race in Laâyoune, finishing in 36 minutes and 47 seconds, according to Djibouti News Agency.
The race posed significant challenges due to strong winds and difficult weather conditions surrounding the course. Mohamed managed the race with strategy and resilience, maintaining the lead until the finish line.
Moroccan athletes took second and third place, demonstrating strong performance, but were unable to match Mohamed’s pace.
