Kenya, July 13, 2026 - The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the results for the March 2026 Business and Technical examinations, with candidates now able to collect them through their respective institutions.
In a notice issued on Sunday, KNEC said that heads of institutions can collect the results at the council's New Mitihani House offices in South C, Nairobi, on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.
Heads of institutions have been encouraged to ensure that they clear all outstanding examination fees before collecting the results.
Regarding result queries, the council said that only heads of institutions will be permitted to submit them through its online Query Management Information System (QMIS).
The council said result queries should be submitted within the next 30 days. Applications made after 9 August 2026 will attract a KSh5,000 processing fee.
The Business and Technical examinations are national assessments administered by KNEC to students enrolled in technical, vocational, business and professional training institutions across the country.
The examinations assess competencies in a wide range of courses, including business education, engineering, information and communication technology (ICT), hospitality and other technical and vocational disciplines.
