The streamer’s visit to Kenyatta Market, the largest open-air market in the city, offered a glimpse into everyday Nairobi life.

Walking through the busy stalls, he settled on a locally made Kenyan-themed shirt.

Although the listed price was KSh 3,000 and those around him urged him to bargain, Speed instead reached into his pocket and handed over KSh20,000, a move that stunned the shopkeeper and sent cheers through the crowd.

Nairobi County Government’s Chief Officer for Citizen Engagement and Customer Service, Geoffrey Mosiria, also welcomed the visitors, noting the capital’s growing status as a hub for young, innovative creators.
