Kenya, 26 July 2026 - Dr Hassan Mohamed Adam received a major boost on Sunday after getting the final coronation from the Fai Mediation Committee, the Sultanates, and the entire Fai fraternity as their sole candidate for the Wajir gubernatorial seat.
The endorsement follows Saturday night’s official declaration of his candidature by the Mediation Committee.

He went on to make a solemn promise to the people of Wajir: “I will never betray the confidence you have placed in me. My mission is to serve with integrity, dignity, and distinction, placing the interests of our people above all else.”
