Djibouti, 3 July 2026 – Djibouti’s Prime Minister Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed on Thursday outlined a roadmap for government priorities and urged ministries to adopt faster reforms, Djiboutian News Agency (ADI) reported.
Abdoulkader said ministries should prioritize detailed implementation plans over broad policy presentations.
He said each ministry would be expected to define targets for the next 12 months, short-term actions, funding sources and key challenges.
The prime minister also stressed the need for stronger coordination across ministries, warning against fragmented approaches to major policy issues such as employment, energy and regional development.
