The meeting brought together finance ministers from Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, and South Sudan, along with representatives from the World Bank and IMF. Discussions focused on enhancing economic cooperation among countries of the Horn of Africa and reviewing joint development projects.
