Sitti(Mogadishu24)-Authorities in the Sitti region of Somali State, Ethiopia, have commenced the harvest of rice crops, marking a significant milestone in the region's agricultural development.
Local officials highlighted progress in both agriculture and infrastructure, aiming to boost economic growth and improve the quality of life in the region.
This comes just a day after Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed announced that this year's rice production is expected to surpass last year's yield. "This year's rice production is much larger than that of last year,"
