The conflict has also intensified differences between the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the leading member of the Gulf coalition fighting Yemen’s Houthi movement. Saudi authorities reportedly warned the UAE that Saudi national security is a red line, calling for the withdrawal of Emirati forces from Yemen.
