The construction of Halmeel Unified Service Center has been approved by the council of ministers, and will operate under the Office of the Prime Minister
The government said the new center will simplify access to public services by reducing complex procedures and layers of bureaucracy that often hinder citizens.

Halmeel is also expected to enhance data sharing among government institutions, eliminating the need for citizens to repeatedly submit the same information to different offices.
Officials noted that the center is part of efforts to modernize public service delivery and improve transparency and accountability.
The implementation of the project is also expected to boost public trust in government institutions through a more integrated and efficient service system.
