Nairobi(Mogadishu24)-The Somali National Bureau of Statistics participated in a three-day technical workshop held in Nairobi, Kenya that focused on improving population data and estimations in humanitarian settings.
The workshop led to the development of enhanced data interoperability standards, aimed at better supporting humanitarian responses and post-crisis recovery efforts.
Bringing together experts from various international organizations, the workshop emphasized greater alignment between national statistical systems and the humanitarian data ecosystem, as well as fostering enhanced coordination and collaboration among data agencies.
