SNA's Commandos Unit destroy Al-Shabaab hideouts in central Somalia

Somali National Army's elite forces(Danab) on Saturday carried out a planned operation at Budbud area of the Galgadud region under Galmudug State, destroying Al-Shabaab hideouts successfully.

Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Abdullahi Nur Beeryare, the commander of the 16th battalion of the Danab commando army, spoke to the local media and confirmed the destruction of various Al-Shabaab hideouts in the area.

"During the operation, our forces targeted and destroyed multiple Al-Shabaab sites where chemicals, explosive devices, and weapons were stored," said Commander Beeryare.
