Kenya, 18 January 2026 - Barcelona make the trip to the Anoeta Stadium this weekend as they look to extend their lead at the top of the La Liga table when they face Real Sociedad in a crucial league clash.
The Catalans currently sit only one point clear of closest rivals in the title race and are in fine form, having won 11 consecutive matches across all competitions under manager Hansi Flick. That streak includes securing a Spanish Super Cup triumph over Real Madrid and a strong run in domestic competition.
Barcelona enter the match with momentum on their side, confidence high after recent victories and with their trademark attacking play clicking. They have been scoring at least two goals in each of their last 11 outings, showcasing a potent forward threat capable of tearing apart defences.
