Mogadishu, 21 September 2026 Favori LLC, the operator of Mogadishu's Aden Abdulle International Airport, and Heegan Trolley signed a cooperation agreement Sunday aimed at improving baggage-handling services for passengers.
Under the agreement, Heegan Trolley will introduce modern equipment and services to help passengers move their luggage more easily through the airport's departures, arrivals and kerbside areas.
Officials from both companies said the service was intended to reduce the time passengers spend handling their luggage while improving the overall quality of services at the airport.
The signing ceremony was attended by Favori's general manager, Murat Destek, Heegan Trolley's deputy chairman, Ali Khadar Yussuf, and other senior airport officials.

Yussuf said the company would provide an essential part of the airport's passenger services, particularly baggage trolleys and support for moving luggage to designated areas.
Destek described the launch as a step toward improving professional standards and streamlining airport operations. He also thanked all parties involved in implementing the agreement.
Heegan Trolley began operating at Aden Adde Airport in September, providing services across the arrivals, departures and terminal kerbside areas. Favori LLC has managed the airport since 2013, while its management and development agreement was revised in 2019.
