Djibouti (Dawan) – Djibouti’s Energy Minister Djama Mohamed Hassan, hosted EU Ambassador to Djibouti Denisa-Elena Ionete to discuss renewable energy cooperation, according to Djibouti News Agency (ADI).
The meeting focused on strengthening the strategic partnership between Djibouti and the EU, focusing on developing energy infrastructure, expanding rural electrification, and implementing the National Energy Plan (PNE).
Ambassador Ionete praised Djibouti’s progress in the energy sector and emphasized the importance of sustainable solutions and development projects. She pledged EU support to ensure the successful implementation of the National Energy Plan.
