Kenya, 25 May 2026 - Chief of Defence Forces Charles Kahariri on Monday conducted an on-site inspection of parade rehearsals at Wajir Stadium as preparations intensified for Kenya’s Madaraka Day commemorations scheduled for 1 June 2026.
During his visit, the Chief of Defence Forces evaluated the precision of drills, coordination among units, and the overall readiness of both security and civilian formations participating in the national celebrations.
